The plot of the film is centered on a love triangle formed by Ranbir, Anushka and Aishwarya, and their evolution over time. The funny scenes starring the protagonist lovers are accompanied by a soundtrack performed by the actors, who are also part of musical numbers. This musical tape was directed by Karan Johar, who returns to the seventh art after three years of rest, since in 2012 premiered ‘Student of the Year’. The film was produced by Dharma Productions.
